By Commissioning Me You Agree To These Terms And Conditions 

By Violating These Terms You Will Be Blacklisted And (Depending On If Any Website Rules Have Been Violated) Reported

  1. I have the right to post the art I have created anywhere I wish, regardless how you feel. I will not resell the art, or sell your character.

  2. You may not repost my art without linked credit.

  3. You may not color, edit, sell, or trace my art.

  4. You may not remove the signature. 

  5. You may not claim my work as your own.

  6. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

  7. I will only refund you after I've been given a week for finish the commssion (excluding special cases). If I've started the piece already, I will only refund you the stuff I have not completed (EX: If you commission a shaded full body and I've already done the sketch I will take out a third of the price from the refund).

  8. I will not refund you if I've already finished the piece.

  9. Minor changes to the piece are free (EX: making the tail fluffier). I refuse to change large parts of the piece and/or anything past the sketch phase unless payed extra.

  10. You must pay the full price of the commission before I begin.

  11. Please be professional and respectful, I have the right to refuse your commission if not.

  12. I only take PayPal. DA Points, AC, Snailmail, exposure, ect will not be taken unless stated otherwise.

Things I Will Draw

  1. Furry/Antho characters.

  2. Fanart.

  3. Feral/Animal characters.

  4. Blood and gore (candy, pastel, etc or otherwise).

  5. Ponies.

  6. Humans/Humanoids.

  7. Monsters.

  8. Original Species.

  9. NSFW.

  10. Guro

  11. Art including my characters.

  12. D&D content including Maps and Map Assets.

  13. Props or Items. General non-character drawings.

  14. Both Digital and Traditional Art.

  15. Non-Listed Fetish/Kink content. Feel free to ask!

  16. Concept Art. 

  17. Simple animations. (blinking, bouncing, etc.)

Things I Will Not/Cannot Draw 

  1.  Hate Art.

  2. Fetish Art - Inflation

  3. Fetish Art - Scat, Watersports, Vomit, Snowballing. Just bodily escheatment in general.

  4. Uncomfy Content, including Pedophilia, Beastiality, Rape, and incest.

  5. Anything I am just not comfortable with doing for any reason.
